Here are some good questions to ask people though, if you find yourself in a situation where you are on the interview panel for interviewing someone who wants a job driving a truck.

Can you drive a truck?
Can you describe a situation where you were required to drive a truck and you then went on to drive a truck?
Can you describe a situation where you were required to drive a truck, but there was a problem and you used inter-personal skill sets and informational gathering abilities to resolve the situation, ultimately leading to a resolution of the conflict in that particular field of conflict resolution and brought the situational problem to a satisfactory resolution?
